Frequently Asked Questions
What is Laughter Yoga?
Laughter Yoga is a series of movement and breathing exercises designed to stimulate laughter and cultivate an inner spirit of joy. It is a technique that invites laughter without using jokes or humor. Laughter Yoga is a blend of yoga-based deep breathing, gentle stretching, simulated laughter exercises, and playful games and activities.
What is a Laughter Session?
A Laughter Session is a series of laughter exercises that can be tailored to special themes and to the needs of a setting. I have led in workplaces, post-secondary schools, seniors homes, and at special events.

What do I wear?
We will not do typical yoga poses but we will move around. Please dress comfortably. Some find it helpful to dress in layers.
What do I bring?
We may lay on the ground for a laughter meditation. Please feel free to bring a yoga mat or blanket. Water is always a good idea!
